ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas woman on multiple allegations.

Just before 4p.m. Sunday, an officer on patrol observed 35-year-old Heather Abernathy in the 900 block Unity Street and took her into custody on a Community Corrections detain order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. She was subsequently found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana.&nbsp; She is in custody on requested charges including the Community Corrections detain order and possession of a hallucinogenic drug.
