DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 11p.m. Saturday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1996 GMC Suburban driven by Vernon J. Walker, 48, Des Moines, was northbound on Interstate 35 two miles north of Winston.
The vehicle traveled off the west side of the road. The driver overcorrected and the SUV overturned ejected the passenger Courtney R. Blaine, 34, Des Moines.
Daviess County EMS transported her to Mosaic Life Care. Walker refused Medical treatment. Blaine was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
