The suspect is still at large and possibly driving a stolen blue 2013 Hyundai Accent with Kansas license 3939ABK.&nbsp; He is considered armed and dangerous, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The victim is 5-year-old Giuliana Manning. She was last seen wearing a pink Hello Kitty Shirt and answers to the nickname Kachis. The suspect is armed and on foot with the victim.
