Missouri man accused of DWI after pickup crash into a fence

DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured and then arrested after an accident just before 8p.m. Saturday in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Ford F350 driven by a 41-year-old Kirby J. Bass of Spickard man was eastbound on MO 6 two miles west of Gallatin. The vehicle traveled off the south side of the road and struck a fence.

According to online records, Bass was arrested on requested charges of felony DWI Drug intoxication. He was released for medical treatment. Caldwell County ambulance transported Bass to Cameron Regional Medical Center. 

He was properly restrained at the time of the crash, according to the MSHP.
