A St. Joseph woman has been found guilty on drug and gun charges.
A Buchanan County jury has found 46-year-old Athena Rae Dawe guilty of possessing methamphetamine and unlawfully possessing a gun.
The Buchanan County Prosecutor’s office reports the jury found Dawe had meth in her possession when arrested while leaving the scene of a drug house during the serving of a search warrant. Dawe also had a .380 Ruger handgun on her.
Dawe is scheduled to be sentenced in May.
