The Missouri Department of Transportation will be improving traffic signals and signs at Route AC (Riverside Road) and Pickett Road on the east end of Saint Joseph, starting Monday.
The goal is to replace the light fixtures, and add flashing yellow arrows for left turns.
During the day Monday and Tuesday, the 17th and 18th, traffic lights will be off, and the intersection should be treated as a four-way stop during that time.
