ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas man jailed for a violent domestic crime in November is back jail on new allegations.
On Wednesday, police arrested 32-year-old Elvin H. Kenny III of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held on a Community Corrections detain order. In November Kenny was jailed on requested charges of interference with law enforcement, a Community Corrections detain order, and a District Court warrant for violation of a protective order and domestic battery. In June police arrested him for alleged criminal threat.
