Sheila Colleen Flanagan, 53, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at her home.
She was born on May 1, 1970, to Ronald and Rosalea (Ruark) Flanagan in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Sheila enjoyed performing at various music festivals where she would sing and play the guitar. She loved country and bluegrass music. Sheila was of the Southern Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Rosalea Flanagan; best friend, Rick Davis; and infant granddaughters, Hope and Faith Gregg.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Decker; children, Brinda Frump, Eric Gregg and Garrett Haase; and her grandchildren, Lorelai Whisenand, Kaylee Frump, and Zakaria āZJā Schwartz.
