St. Joseph police are looking for two suspects in the shooting and wounding of a young man.
Police report 23-year-old man Jacob Gann showed up at the Mosaic Life Care Emergency Room around 12:30 Tuesday morning, suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder. Gann told police the shooting took place at 14th and Penn.
When detectives and the SWAT team arrived at 1401 Penn Street, they discovered evidence of a shooting outside and received a warrant to search the residence.
No one has been arrested in the shooting, but police are trying to find two suspects.
The investigation continues.
