Sky Alexander Faris, 31, passed away November 30th, 2025.
Sky was born and raised in Webster City, Iowa, and attended Webster City Community Schools through the 11th grade. In 2011, the family moved to Cosby, Missouri where Sky graduated from Savannah High School in 2012. Sky graduated from University Missouri Kansas City in 2016 with a degree in History.
Throughout college, Sky worked as a guest services coordinator, welcoming tourists to Kansas City and gaining customer service skills that he would use in his future. Sky spent his career in transportation and logistics. He felt satisfaction being a problem solver, taking care of others.
Sky liked to travel with family, with friends, and with school, wanting to explore the world. He enjoyed hanging with his parents, being with his friends, listening to music, and taking care of his cats Rico and Roger. Sky liked cars and racing, skeet shooting, tattoo art, thunderstorms and exploring museums. Sky was a kind, generous and gentle soul, and will be missed by those whose lives he touched. He will be forever loved and cherished by his proud parents.
Sky is survived by his parents Heidi and Keith Faris (Platte City, MO), and aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
