ATCHISON COUNTY, Mo. —Two people were injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Monday in Atchison County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Chevy Silverado driven by a 19-year-old Maryville man was eastbound on MO 46 at Route Y ten miles east of Fairfax. The pickup crossed the center line into the westbound lane. The front driver side of the pickup struck the driver side of a westbound 2010 Chrysler Town & Country driven by a 47-year-old Skidmore woman.
Atchison-Holt ambulance transported the van driver and her 23-year-old passenger to Mosaic in Maryville. The pickup driver was not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
