ATCHISON—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations after a seventh arrest over the past 6 months.
Skylar D. Coady, 26, Atchison, was arrested on Thursday on a District Court warrant for failure to appear in court. Taken to County Jail.
Since May, she has been in and out of custody seven times on drug and theft allegations and for bond and probation violations, according to online jail records.
