ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations after a second arrest within the past ten days.
On Monday, police arrested 58-year-old Bryan W. Keys of Atchison, on a Community Corrections detain order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
On October 30, police arrested Keys on requested charges of criminal trespass in defiance of order, according to online jail records.
He is no longer in custody.
