BUCHANAN COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 1a.m. Thursday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2024 International semi driven by Mulin Celestin, 40, Miami, Florida, was northbound on Interstate 29 four miles south of St. Joseph.
The driver lost control of the vehicle. It overturned and struck the cable barrier. Buchanan County EMS transported Celestin to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
