JOHNSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a homicide and have taken a man into custody who may have information in the case
Overland Park Police reported Tuesday they located 24-year-old Kyle Anthony Guiterres.
On May 24, police responded to the 8500 Block of West 85th Street in Overland Park in reference to a homicide, according to Public Information Officer John Lacy.
Several witnesses heard a single gunshot two or three individuals running through a parking lot. The suspects entered a black sedan and a white sedan and left southbound through the parking lot onto west 85th Street.
Police released no additional details or possible charges in the case.

Kyle Anthony Guiterres, 24, is described as 5-foot-10, 170 pounds with brown hair and eyes, according to Overland Park Police.
