GRUNDY COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Friday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Chevy Impala driven by a 17-year-old Galt girl was exiting a private drive onto MO 6. The driver failed to yield. An eastbound 2017 Jeep Patriot driven by a 53-year-old Trenton woman struk the Impala.
Grundy County EMS transported the Jeep driver and a 12-year-old passenger in the Chevy to Wright Memorial Hospital. All were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
