ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for alleged theft.
On Sunday police arrested 38-year-old Sidney I. Kye, Jr., of Atchison, on requested charges of criminal trespass and theft at Stop and Go, 405 U.S.59 Highway, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Police arrested in May on a requested charges of possession of stolen property, according to online jail records. He has also been jailed for failure to appear numerous times over the past year, following a dometic battery allegation in 2020.
