GRUNDY COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just after 9p.m. Tuesday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Harley Davidson driven by Richard S. Tharp, 56, Spickard, was westbound on Route B four miles east of Spickard.
The motorcycle struck an animal in the road and the driver was ejected. MU air transported Tharp to MU Health in Columbia. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
