In a post on Sunday, the company confirmed many of the rumors circulating on social media the day before. After eight years of operation following their purchase of the businesses from their previous owners, the last day of operation was on Sunday

Michael White, a former employee St. Joseph bowling alley Olympia Lanes and a group of individuals purchased Belt Entertainment and Volleys in 2018, along with other ventures on the property or attached to the building.

White wrote on social media that the current league bowlers' prizes will be handed out by the league secretary. They also ask that all bowlers with any belongings in lockers at their business come get them on Sunday.

However, for those who were unable to come on Sunday, White will be on site both today and tomorrow for bowlers to retrieve their belongings.  The property will reportedly be auctioned off in August, according to BELT Entertainment's post.
