Albert Ray Budine 72, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at his home. He was born February 11, 1951 in Saint Joseph, MO, son of the late Evelyn Kelmel and Albert Budine.
He graduated from Central High School, and he attended Missouri Western. He worked in the food and funeral service industries.
Survivors include: sisters, Becky (Jeff) Cruz and Barb Ballard, nephew, Jeff, and nieces, Maria & Rosita.
