Amanda Beth Allen-Switzer, 42, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025.
She was born on June 29, 1982, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Lewis Ray Allen and Vicky Lynn Justus.
Amanda's academic pursuits culminated in a master's degree, which paved the way for her successful 18-year career as a proposal manager at the Oracle Center. Her professional dedication was matched only by her love for those around her.
Amanda's zest for life was evident in her love for music, her loyalty to friends, and her joy in creating traditions that brought people together. She was a beacon of love and friendship.
Those who knew Amanda will remember her as a loving, passionate, and loyal soul. Her memory will be cherished by her husband Brian, her mother, and a host of extended family, friends, and her adored dog, Layla. Amanda was preceded in death by her father.
She will be deeply missed, but her light will continue to shine in the hearts of those she loved.
