Shaun Edward Cash, 40, of Atchison, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023, unexpectedly at Amberwell Atchison, KS.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home with Rev. Wendy VanHoutan officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home.
Shaun was born August 25, 1982, in Atchison, KS, the son of Johnny Edward Cash and Victoria Sue (Mercer) Minhas. He graduated from Atchison High School. Shaun currently was a manager and Sonic, but he also had worked at StressCrete. He enjoyed joking around making funny faces with his daughters, drawing, music, anything computer related. Shaun loved being a father spending time with Hayley his daughters and family. He loved with all his heart and would help anyone who needed it.
Shaun married Tabitha Hundley in 2012, they later divorced.
Survivors include his fiancé Hayley Rocco of the home, daughters Serenity and Scarlett Cash of the home, step-son Efrin of the home, parents Johnny Cash, Yukon, OK, Victoria Minhas, Atchison, KS, sister, Amy Cash, West Plains, MO, maternal grandfather Charles Mercer, St. Joseph, MO, aunts and uncles, Tracy and Lee Lunsford, Atchison, Donald “Chico” (Jean) Cash, Atchison, Sherry and Howard Sloat, OKC, Bonnie and Lyle Nioce, Horton, KS, Deanna Mercer, Ruth Taul, Bobby Mercer, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded by his paternal grandparents Don and Shirley Cash.
