ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on theft charges after a Friday arrest.
On September 3, police arrested Angel R. Moorshead, 40, Atchison, on a District Court warrant for giving worthless checks, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
She was taken to the county jail and had posted bond over the weekend, according to online jail records.
