Billy Joe Jordan, 61, of Savannah, MO, passed away Friday, February 10 2023 at his residence.
He was born April 12th, 1961 to the late William and Josephine (Bomar) Jordan of Rural Route 3 in Savannah, Missouri.
He lived all his life on the family farm. He graduated from North Andrew High School, Class of 1979.
After graduation, he was engaged in the family farm, cattle, hogs, farming, haying operations, and custom hay bailing, he also was a farm hand for Jim Russell, truck driver for COOP fertilizer plant, body technician for a local body shop and also worked for Flora construction as a dozer operator.
He enjoyed demolition derbies, tractor pulls, motorcycles and riding wheelies, running the skid loader, running a dozer, fabricating metal, playing guitars, listening to music, cop slides, hot rodding and visiting with family and friends.
He is survived by his fiancé Amy Bowman of the home and her children, Macray, Jay, and grandchildren Jay and Brooklyn.
Proceeded in death by his parents and his ole buddy Jake.
Funeral Service 2:00 PM, Wednesday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel. John Flora officiating.
Interment; Savannah Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday evening also at our Chapel.
