St. Joseph health officials report 392 positive cases of COVID-19 since their last report on Thursday. Officials also report two new deaths, bringing the Buchanan County death toll up to 244.
The St. Joseph health department recorded 125 cases on Friday, and 267 cases cumulatively between Saturday and Monday. The department says two men in their 60's died of COVID-19 complications. Officials report these death's occurred last month, but they were just notified about them.
The positivity rate in Buchanan County saw a significant decrease, dropping 7.44% from 33.93% to 26.44%.
Mosaic Life Care reports it is treating 64 COVID patients system wide with 56 in St. Joseph and five in Maryville.
