Diane Rene (Walters) Myers, 68, of Wathena, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Missouri.
Diane was born on November 8, 1957, in Atchison, Kansas to Fred “Bud” and Adelaide (Halling) Walters. She graduated from Atchison High School in 1975. Diane was a clerk and worked in customer service.
She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church, Wathena, Kansas.
Diane married Raymond Hoverson, to this union three children were born, they later divorced. She married Dennis Myers, he preceded her in death on January 6, 2021. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Christopher Walters.
Survivors, children, Christina Hoverson (Kayla), Leavenworth, Kansas; Carol Jenkins (Brett), Vernon, Connecticut; John Hoverson (Julie), Smithville, Missouri; 7 grandchildren; Siblings, Father Ron Walters, Marilyn Morgan and Carol Hager; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Diane’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.Memorials: Doniphan County Pet Rescue or the Christ Lutheran Church, Wathena, Kansas.Harman-Rohde Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
