WORTH COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Thursday in Worth County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 GMC SUV driven by Patricia L. Hunt, 75, Blockton, Iowa, was northbound on Route F seven miles northeast of Sheridan, Missouri.
The driver fell asleep and the SUV struck a ditch and overturned. A private vehicle transported Hunt to the hospital in Ringold County, Iowa. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
