Winter isn’t done with us.
Rain today will likely turn to snow tonight. That, combined with high winds, will create hazardous weather conditions.
The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning from late Tuesday evening until six o’clock Wednesday evening. The NWS has issued a Blizzard Warning for late this evening until 5am Wednesday. Snow accumulations of only one to two inches are expected, but the wind could create whiteout conditions.
It should clear fairly quickly tomorrow. The Weather Service forecast blowing snow Wednesday morning. Then, gradually clearing. Colder on Wednesday, with a high of only 38.
