
ATCHISON COUNTY —For the second time in seven months, a Kansas woman is in jail for a criminal trespass.
On Wednesday, police arrested 29-year-old Corinne L. Rogers of Atchison, on a requested charge of criminal trespass in defiance of a restraining order at 405 U.S.59, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In August, she was jailed for criminal trespass. According to online jail records, she was released from jail on Monday just before police booked her back into jail Wednesday.
She is scheduled for a court appearance on Friday, according to online records.
