Arthur Dale Marsh, 75, Atchison, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
He was born June 14, 1947 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Harry Ralph Marsh Sr. and Mary (Rice) Marsh.
Arthur served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He married Lois Ann Kerns on June 27, 1969 in Troy, Kansas. They later divorced.
Arthur was a school bus driver for the St. Joseph School District for many years. He also had worked at Hillyard Chemical and Memorial Park Cemetery.
A big fan of CB radios, Arthur went by the handle “Double Nickel” and had many friends over the CB. He also enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Artherina Dale Marsh; sisters, Ruth and Diana Kaye; and brothers, Davey and Harry Ralph Marsh Jr.
Survivors include sons, James Tyre Marsh Sr. and Richard Alan Marsh (Sheri); seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Vivian, Belinda and Susie; and mother of his children, Lois.
Natural Farewell under the direction of Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment Leavenworth National Cemetery at a later date.
