The United Way of Greater St. Joseph is accepting applications to be a member of the 45th class of Leadership St. Joseph in the class of 2027.

The program designed to help in developing informed, connected and engaged community leaders is looking for members of its next class.  The mission of Leadership St. Joseph is to help build the skills of individuals to be effective leaders in the community.  The program has graduated more than 1,000 participants, many of whom have gone on to serve as leaders within their workplaces, nonprofit organizations, boards and throughout the community.

The 2027 program begins with a two-day retreat on January 14th and 15th.  Following the retreat, the class will meet during business hours on the second Thursday of each month throughout the remainder of the year.   Applicants should reside and/or work in the St. Joseph area.  Class size is limited, and applications should be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026.

Tuition for the 2027 program is $1,850 per participant and is non-refundable.  For questions about United Way Leadership St. Joseph, contact Jean Brown.  Additional information, including a program overview, list of Leadership St. Joseph alumni, and the Class of 2027 application, is available on the United Way's website.
