ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 5p.m. Wednesday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Ford F150 driven by a 16-year-old boy from Amazoia was eastbound on State Route T and County Road 398 one and one half miles north of Amazonia.
The driver lost control of the pickup. It traveled off the south side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The vehicle returned to the road and the driver overcorrected again. The pickup traveled off the south side of the road a second time and overturned.
A private vehicle transported the teen to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
