Stuart Wayne Praiswater, 57, Bolckow, MO passed away Wednesday, July 26th, 2023 in Barnard, MO. He was born June 26, 1966 to Larry Dean & Beverly Louise (Roberts) Praiswater. He married Luane Sue Praiswater in Fillmore, MO on May 19th, 1989 and she preceded him in death in 2019, she was the love of his life.
Stu loved his family and the time he spent with them. He enjoyed cardinal baseball, chiefs football, coffee and busch heavy. He loved being a grandad and spending time with his grandson. His girls were his world and treasured the time that they spent together. They did a lot together and loved treating them to prime rib at Fredrick Inn. The time he got to spend with his friends and family is time that he never took for granted and enjoyed every minute of it. His smile and laughter could light up a room and was always the kindest person in the room. He spent his years being a structural steel detailer and had a true love and talent for it.
Survivors include his daughters, Chelsi Praiswater (Trevor Hines) of Barnard, MO and Holly Praiswater of Maryville; brothers, Alan (Sue) Praiswater of Fillmore, MO, Randy (Cindy) Praiswater of Country Club, MO, and Mike (Kim) Praiswater of Platte City, MO; grandson, Swayde Hines. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister Kathy Schmitt, and brother Doug Praiswater.
Visitation and family receiving hours will be 6:00pm-8:00pm Monday, July 31st, 2023 at Breit Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Funeral Services will be 10:00am Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Fillmore Cemetery at a later date.
