LIVINGSTON COUNTY —A Missouri man was injured in an accident just after 1p.m. Tuesday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002. Peterbilt dump truck driven by Darrell D. Kraus, 57, Meadville, was eastbound on U.S. 36 three miles east of Chillicothe.
The truck traveled off the north side of the road, struck a guardrail and overturned. Chillicothe EMS transported Kraus to Hedrick Medical Center. The MSHP did not have seat belt usage information.
