Robert Allen Kelley, 71, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024.
He was born August 22, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri to Edward Edison Kelley, Sr. and Elizabeth (Burgess) Kelley.
Robert was loved by his family and will be missed very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Edward Edison Kelley, Jr. and Richard Kelley.
Survivors include his siblings, Marth Eshnauer, Byron Kelley (Mary Ann), and Howard Kelley (Anna); and several nieces and nephews.
