Cynthia Denise Parker 59, of Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023 in a Saint Joseph hospital. She was born May 16, 1964 in St. Joseph, Missouri, daughter of Connie & Lyle Sipes.
She married Frank Parker, and he survives of the home. She attended Lafayette High School, and she was a Homemaker. Cynthia enjoyed playing tripolee with her family, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, David Sipes, and sister, Sandy Tarwater.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Parker of the home, son, Frankie Parker, sisters, Diane (Kip) Wilson, Judy Heater, Debbie (Michael) Golden, Penny Sollars, Terry (Jeff) Jauhola, and a brother, Larry Sipes. There are no scheduled services at this time.
She will be cremated under care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
