CLINTON COUNTY — Three people were injured in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Thursday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Chevy Traverse driven by a 53-year-old Canton, Missouri, was was northbound on Interstate 35 one mile north of Lathroop. The Chevy rear-ended a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq driven by a 64-year-old Trenton woman who was slowing for congestion from construction. After impact the Chevy continued northbound and rear-ended a 2010 Honda Odyssey.
EMS transported Honda and the Chevy driver and a 63-year-old male passenger in the Hyundai to Liberty Hospital. There were no more injuries reported. All were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
