Kansas man accused of selling meth jailed on a Nebraska warrant

BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on new allegations after a citizen complaint.

Just after 6 p.m. April 1, deputies responded to a reckless driving complaint in the city of Morrill, according to Sheriff John Merchant.  Deputies questioned 39-year-old  Forrest Gaston  of Morrill about the complaint. 

They also verified that he had an active  Felony Warrant out of
Richardson County, Nebraska for Criminal Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. Deputies took Gaston into custody

On March 17, a drug task force arrested him on requested charges of Possession of Meth, Distribution of Meth,  Possession of Marijuana and Possesion of Drug.
