Cecil Harold Thornton Jr. 91, of Savannah, MO, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024 in a St. Joseph, MO health care center. He was born July 30, 1932 in Doniphan County, Kansas, son of the late Helen & Cecil Thornton Sr.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:30 am on Friday at the Rupp Funeral Home, with a Graveside Memorial Service with Army Military Honors at 3:00 pm Friday at the Courter-Ritchey Cemetery, Troy, KS. Rupp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
