Lester Frank Clark, Jr., 77, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024.
He was born September 13, 1946 in St. Joseph to Lester Frank Clark, Sr. and Lavina Mae (Seddon) Clark.
Frank married Linda Carol Gross on October 8, 1966. She preceded him in death on September 20, 2015.
Frank worked at Missouri Gas Energy for 26 years until his retirement.
He loved to go for long car rides with Linda, and enjoyed the nature around his home and the wildlife it attracted. He liked to feed the wild animals. He and Linda also enjoyed bowling in leagues at Olympia Lanes.
Known for being a little ornery and a lot stubborn, Frank had a natural charm and a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, David W. Clark.
Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Clark; siblings, Dennis E. Clark (Julia), Gary L. Clark, Richard A. Clark (Jean), Yvonne Moores (Timothy), and Bill K. Clark; numerous other extended family members and friends; and his beloved cats, Abby and Max.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
