ATCHISON COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Tuesday in Atchison.
A 2018 GMC pickup driven by Floyd Kuhnert, 62, Atchison, was eastbound in the 600 Block of Kansas Avenue, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
The truck collided with a 1988 GMC grain truck driven by Michael Lednicky, 67, Everest, that was exiting a parking lot on the south side of Kansas Avenue.
EMS transported Kuhnert and his 56 year old passenger were transported to Amberwell Hospital for examination.
