ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas man jailed over a dozen times since 2004 is in custody again.
On Monday, police arrested 50-year-old Jason E. Alexander of Atchison in the 1900 Block of Harper in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held on a requested charge of domestic battery.
In 2015, police arrested Alexander for alleged theft and failure to appear. He has previous convictions for theft, DUI and aggravated battery, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections and has been out of prison since 2017.
