ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas teen after an incident Sunday in Atxhison.
According to Police Chief Mike Wilson, officer responded to the 1600 Block of Commercial in Atchison on Sunday and arrested Xavier C. Cushinberry, 18, Atchison, on requested charges of domestic battery, possession of marijuana, and interference with law enforcement.
He remains in the county jail, according to online records.
