Sandra Kay Brown 67, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 in a St. Joseph, MO hospital. She was born June 11, 1956 in St Joseph, Missouri, and graduated from Central High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed helping people, going to church, cleaning and spending time with her family. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Elva Mulvaney, father, Allen Newland, and brothers, Ronald and Gordon Putnam. Survivors include: sister, Rosetta Goldizen, former husband, Dewey Brown of St. Joseph, MO, and step sister, Jackie Williams. The family will receive friends from 2- 3:00 pm on Wednesday with funeral services following starting at 3:00 pm Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at the Rupp Funeral Home.
