Keara Francis Wilkinson born to Billie Jean Wilkinson on August 23, 2007 in St. Joseph, MO. The youngest and only sister to three older brothers, raised by her grandmother after the passing of her mother in 2011. Keara tragically passed away at the young age of 18 on September 12, 2025.
Keara enjoyed her job at Taco Bell. She attended Central High School. And she was a MidCity Excellence student for 13 years. She was a member of the MidCity Gospel Choir, St Joe Stixx Drumline,and MCE Inspirational Angels Praise Dancers.
Keara was descibed as the best friend anyone could ask for and she had the biggest heart. She always wanted to tag-along and enjoyed being around other people. She was a "mother hen" at young age. She loved riding bikes and roller skating. A self-proclaimed fashionista! Keara had a dinstinctive voice and contagious laugh, she was simple loud and proud. To her family she was a wanna-be pop star, but to her she was THE POP STAR!
She is proceeded in death by her mom, Billie Jean Wilkinson; a brother, Maxwell Wilkinson; and three uncles Floyd, Raymond, and Tony Wilkinson. Survived by her grandmother Arlene Wilkinson; her brothers Keyon, James, and Rowdy Wilkinson; five nieces and nephews, her aunt Paticia Wilkinson and her god-mother Lynn Hopkins. She also leaves behind a host of cousins and friends.
The family will receive visitors from 10am - 11am on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at St. Francis Baptist Temple. Funeral Services will follow at 11am.
