GENTRY COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just after 12:30a.m. Saturday in Gentry County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Acura driven by by Jesse W. Chitwood, 28, King City, was southbound on Route AA one mile south of Ford City.
The vehicle traveled off the west side of the road, struck an embankment, went airborne, rolled and the driver was ejected.
Grand River Ambulance transported Chitwood to Mosaic in St. Joseph. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
