Shad W. Gann, 51, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away on November 6, 2023. Born on May 2, 1972, in St. Joseph, Missouri. He is survived by his parents, Ronnie Leroy Sr. and Candy Cay (Crawford) Gann; daughter, Kandyce Gann; significant other, Stephanie Williams; brothers, Tobey and Brick Gann; and a large family circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Shad's work ethic was evident in his 15-year tenure at Sara Lee, but it was in the Navy where Shad's resilience truly shone. He was also remembered fondly for his simple but profound love for fishing, books, and movies.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leland Gann, Temela Gann, James Crawford (Fern); brother, Ronnie Gann Jr.; uncles, James Crawford Jr., Larry and Danny Gann.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.
