GRUNDY COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 8a.m. Thursday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1995 Ford pickup driven by Eliezer Santiago, 33, Milan, was westbound on MO 6 in Galt.
The driver lost control on the icy road. The pickup traveled off the road, struck an embankment and a tree.
EMS transported Santiago and a 47-year-old passenger from Puerto Rico to Wright Memorial Hospital. They were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
