ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas man accused of criminal threat in August is facing new allegations.
Just after 10a.m. Tuesday, police arrested 32-year-old Elvin H. Kenny III, of Atchison, in the 400 block Santa Fe. according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held on requested charges of interference with law enforcement, a Community Corrections detain order, and a District Court warrant for violation of a protective order and domestic battery.
