Richard Foster, 75, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
He was born October 22, 1948, to Robert and Emma (Culver) Foster in Gallatin, Missouri.
He proudly served with the United States Air Force as a staff sergeant.
Richard was also a member of the Missouri Valley Amateur Radio Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Charles Foster.
Survivors include his brothers, Louis and Terry Foster; sister-in-law, Della Foster; and nieces and nephews, Albert “Joe”, Robert, Kim, Jed, Sarah and Beth Foster.
